Processing time

Every SODRK piece is printed to order. Orders usually take 2–3 business days to produce before they ship. During releases and busy periods this can take a little longer.

Delivery estimates

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–5 business days
• Canada: 5–12 business days
• Europe and UK: 5–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Orders within the United States ship at a flat rate of $4.95 and usually arrive 4–6 business days after ordering, including production time. Shipping costs for all other countries are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the label is created.

Orders with more than one item may ship in separate parcels from different facilities. You will receive tracking for each one.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost. Customs processing can add time to delivery.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email [email protected] as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order is in production.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost, delayed well beyond the estimate, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help. See our Refund Policy for details on replacements and refunds.
