Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of sodrk.com and any purchase you make from SODRK. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy also apply and form part of these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Products

Our products are printed to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful. We try to show colours, prints and sizes accurately, but screens vary and small differences in colour, print placement and measurements are normal for printed garments.

Size charts are a guide. Please check measurements before ordering.

We may change, discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or the order contains an error. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Because each item is made to order, orders usually go into production shortly after they are placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped by Printful. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier, but we will help with any lost or damaged parcels.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and misprint claims are handled under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on sodrk.com, including the SODRK name and logo, designs, graphics, photographs and text, is owned by SODRK or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with the site’s security or operation
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the site or place orders
• Resell products bought from us in a way that misrepresents their origin

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind beyond those stated in these terms and our Refund Policy. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SODRK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law of the country where you live.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SODRK against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in New York, or in small claims court where eligible.

If you live outside the United States, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver. These terms are the entire agreement between you and SODRK about your use of the site.
