Returns & exchanges

Returns & exchanges accepted within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The 30 days start on the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and free of stains, odours or pet hair
• In the condition you received it, with any tags and packaging
• Sent back within 30 days of delivery

Items that have been worn, washed or altered may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount to reflect the loss in value.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item and size, and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label, as that is our fulfilment partner’s facility and returns sent there cannot be processed.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a tracked service. Keep your tracking number until your return is complete.

Exchanges

Because every item is printed to order, exchanges are handled as a return and a new order. Once your return is received, we will place a new order for the size you need, or refund you so you can reorder yourself. Shipping for the replacement item is charged at the normal rate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Original shipping costs are not refundable, except for damaged, misprinted or incorrect items.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item or size, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

To make a claim, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the problem, and of the whole item
• A photo of the shipping label, if the parcel was damaged

Small variations in print colour or placement, and minor differences from the size chart, are normal for printed garments and are not considered defects.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout can be reshipped at the customer’s cost.

Cancellations

Items go into production soon after an order is placed. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will cancel and refund your order in full. Once an order is in production or shipped, it can be returned under this policy instead.
